Summary: We booked the property for a catered family party of about 50 people. We also had 5 people staying at the home for 5 days. This home is literally in the heart of downtown Rochester with its own parking lot. Grant (owner) was an incredible help coordinating with the caterer and setting up the lower level seating and tables. Really the perfect spot to have an event and walk to anything in Rochester you could want.
