Relaxing lakeside home for weekly summer rental on Eight Point Lake, Clare County's largest all sports lake of almost 400 acres. Enjoy the sandy beach and 135' of private frontage on the lake. Beautiful views from the spacious deck and a gas grill for your grilling needs. Bring your fishing poles and fish from the dock or hop in the paddle boat for a leisurely trip on the water. The home has three bedrooms (1 queen, a double bunk and 2 twins) sleeping 8 on the main floor. The walkout lower level has an additional double and twin bed to accommodate 3 additional guests if needed. The main floor features a 1/2 bath and a full bath (shower/tub combo) off the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishes and cooking equipment. The dining area is combined with the living space overlooking the lake. Bed linens and pillows are included. Guests should bring their own bath and swimming towels. Rental is Sunday - Sunday.
