Spectacular & Private Ocean Views surround this comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home. The Shore Shack is the perfect place to relax by the ocean with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. It has its own private walkway down to the lovely northern beaches of Wallaroo. The Shore Shack combines the old style shack holiday of childhood with the modern comforts of today. The modern kitchen has all the comforts of home with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and enough bench space for entertaining. The lounge has 2 x 3 seater lounges, TV/DVD and CD/MP3 player. Indoor dining seats 8, and has split system throughout the lounge, dining and kitchen. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 has 1 x bunk bed, 1 x single with single trundle, and bedroom 3 also has a queen bed, and has air conditioning. The front verandah is undercover for you to sit back and relax as you watch the ocean. Fully fenced, there is plenty of room in the rear garden for the BBQ, kids to play, and plenty of room for the boat and fish cleaning. Outside the rear of the property there is also a reserve with a BBQ area, basketball half court, gazebos and playground for the children to play in. Close to corner store/fish and chip shop. Doonas and pillows supplied. EXCLUDES LINEN. Outside dining seats 8. NO PETS ALLOWED $1,000 bond for under 25's staying.
