The unit is North facing and has panoramic water views of Shoal Bay, the open plan lounge/ dining / kitchen area opens out onto the balcony where you can sit back, relax and just watch the world go by. There is a fully equipped brand-new kitchen with stone bench top, family size fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
The main bedroom has an ensuite and the second bedroom has a Tri-Bunk, both these bedrooms have access to the balcony and provide linen and bed making. The stylish main bathroom includes a shower, toilet and vanity, the main bathroom also has the European laundry with washing machine and dryer hidden away behind a door.
This unit is perfect - only a 2-minute walk down to the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach, Lift in complex, secured gated parking for one car and all the restaurants, shops, cafes, water sport activities, walking tracks all at your fingertips.
