When you stay at Sherwin Condos 1603, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean are your backyard. From the balcony, the living room, the master bedroom, even the kitchen you’ll be able to look out at the white sands and the white-crested blue waves. And that’s just one of the many benefits of staying in this 3-bedroom condo. Condo 1603 is on the 16th floor of a secure 19-story beach-side building. Not only does the complex have a private walkway to the beach, but it has a heated pool as well, so that you can enjoy a dip if the ocean is chillier than you’d like. When you’re not splashing in the water or lazing poolside on a chaise, you can relax by shooting pool in the complex’s game room. And after a day spent surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or working out in the fitness center, you’ll really appreciate the indoor sauna and spa.
Sherwin Condos’ beautiful grounds include a barbecue area with your choice of gas or charcoal grills and a picnic area for alfresco dining. But you can also enjoy your meals on your unit’s private balcony (the rhythmic waves make for the perfect background music) or inside at the dining table seats 6 for quick bite or cook a feast.
