A beautiful detached timber lodge is set in a perfect tranquil location where you can simply relax and unwind away from the rigors of everyday life. A perfect rural retreat for couples looking to explore the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Surrounded by open fields with views down the valley towards the Old Railtrail. Steeped in history the area is surrounded by beautiful country walks and stunning waterfalls. An idyllic setting from which to explore the Heritage coast of Yorkshire with miles of sandy beaches and smugglers coves clinging to the cliff side. The historic town of Whitby is just 9 miles from the door and makes an excellent day out with much to explore and see. The famous village of Goathland (Heartbeats Aidensfield) is a simple 30 minute walk along the rail trail here you will find an eclectic mix of shops inns, tea rooms and friendly locals waiting to greet you. Maybe sit beside the river in the beer garden of the Birch Hall inn just 150 yards from the door. Whatever your needs its all here in the tiny Hamlet of Beckhole.
