Positive: Amazing Seafront Location and Perfect Stay We had a wonderful stay at The Seafront Niche. The apartment is right by the water, with a balcony offering stunning sea views – it was magical to wake up to. Location and Surroundings: You can literally cross the street and be on the beach. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries within walking distance – everything you need is just around the corner. Additionally, there’s a bus stop and tram station nearby, making it easy to get to both central Athens and other coastal areas. Very convenient whether you have a rental car or not. The Apartment: The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern – with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area in the living room. Everything is tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The air conditioning and washing machine were especially appreciated, especially during the hot summer days. Service: The host was easy to communicate with, very helpful, and welcoming. Check-in was flexible, and we received great information both before and during our stay. Cleanliness and Comfort: Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, linens, coffee, and soap ready for use. It really felt like a home away from home.
