The Sands is located in one of the best areas of Kiama and directly on a grassy level reserve above Kendalls Beach.
We are pet friendly. Dogs (up to 20kg) who are quiet and house trained welcome.
Babies welcome ( <12mths) but property is not suited to children under 5 yrs.
Situated on the ground level of an architect designed beach house this property enjoys front row status with northerly views over Kendalls Beach towards the Blow Hole, lighthouse and the township of Kiama. There are views towards the mountains to the west.
The beach is located directly below and can be viewed from the apartment.
Floor to ceiling glass doors ensure that the property is bathed in light and that there are views from every room (bath excepted)
A grassy level lawn ensures that views can be soaked up outside as well.
Enjoy al fresco dining with extra outdoor furniture and BBQ.

There are many stunning coastal walks to enjoy from The Sands. The harbour and township are just a 20 min walk away, the beach a few short steps.
For the cooler weather the apartment offers an open wood fired fireplace, a comprehensive hi fi system, two TV's and DVD players and comfy sofas. So you can still feel cosy whilst enjoying the views.
There are many wonderful activities on offer in Kiama along with great cafes and restaurants. There are regular craft and produce markets as well as many festivals.
The Jamberoo Water Park, Minnamurra rainforest, Fly Walk, Historic towns of Berry, Bowral and Berrima are all within a short distance of the township of Kiama also.
The coastal walk is a must and welcomes dogs too. Watch the whales swim past from April to Oct. There is no shortage of things to do!
