Wake up to a beautiful day in Sea Colony! Plan your days' activities: relax on beach across the street, play tennis or pickleball in a world-class tennis facility, or swim in one of twelve pools. Alternatively, you could go to the fitness center, walk or bike the resort's grounds, or take the kids to the playground.
Spend the afternoon strolling the neighborhood, biking to the nearest shops, or simply hanging out. In the evening dining and entertainment can be had in Bethany Beach, Rehoboth or Ocean City, MD.
The Sand Dune comfortably accommodates large groups of friends and families. There are three sitting areas, all with TVs, allowing for plenty of space to break out into smaller groups. Free wifi.
WARNING TO PARENTS OF SMALL CHILDREN: There is an unfenced pond behind the house.
Please note that I work with a local property manager who has been in business for over 30 years in South Bethany. His office will send and collect the rental agreement and make arrangements for optional travel insurance and towel and/or linen rental. The office will also provide you with the access codes and address any issues that might arise during your stay. Of the $335 "Property Fees", $200 is REFUNDABLE. The "Service Fee" goes straight to Vrbo.
Also, note that there is a per person recreational fee ranging from $15-$55/per person that is payable directly to Sea Colony and is not including in the amount collected by Vrbo. This fee covers access to the Sea Colony resort as well as parking passes for two vehicles (although there is parking for four vehicles on the property). This fee is paid at check-in. This property does not assess a lodging tax (South Bethany's is 8%).
