Parking: One designated spot inside the garage; one designated spot in outside parking lot.
Access: This third floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs from inside the parking garage. Remote for the parking garage is located in the kitchen on the counter.
Accommodations: King sized beds in each bedroom. MBR has an ensuite bath. Guest bedroom uses the bathroom in the hall adjacent.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, glassware, bake ware, utensils, coffee pot (drip), etc...
Please note: This is a "no smoking of any kind" property. Also, the newly redone pool is now open!
The kitchen, dining area and living room all have a stream lined view to the Ocean! Although the best seat in the house is out on the expansive balcony. Grab yourself a drink and your don't forget your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins and the occasional whale slipping gracefully through the teal blue waters of the Atlantic!

Beach towels are available for use. Please, do not use any of our blankets for the beach. Outdoor shower located at the pool available for you to rinse off the salt and sand after playing on the beach or in the surf.
Pack light because there's a washer and dryer in the cottage for you to use.

Summary: We stayed here for July 4th weekend. We had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony! This condo is fully stocked!! If you need it, is there. The pool was mostly empty and for the most part it's quiet there. The condo is beautifully decorated, except there are way too many mirrors. We loved our stay and would rent again. The only issue was the cleanliness. The whole back wall is glass and wasn't clean. I actually found some window cleaner and cleaned the sliding glass doors myself. After we were there about 30min I happened to notice that the bottoms of my feet were completely black. If the floors have ever been mopped, I'd be shocked. They were filthy. We brought slippers so everyone just kept them on. Other than that we had a nice time.
