Newly renovated home built in the early 1700s. Nestled in the Catskill Mtns on 30acres. Original restored fireplace, beautiful woodwork & exposed beams add warmth throughout. Open living & dining areas for entertaining - stunning mountain views. Located in Greenville, NY: minutes from Rainbow, Sunny Hill & Thunderheart golf courses and The Greenville Drive-In. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. 25mins to skiing in Hunter & Windham, 30mins to Hudson and just 2hrs from NYC. Events welcome.

Dining Area: Attached to the kitchen (open plan), seats 8 (folding tables/chairs available upon request).
Living Room: Fireplace, smart TV, sleep sofa (queen bed), seating for approximately 8 adults.
Bathrooms: Two full baths (one bathtub).
Laundry Room: Full access to washer and dryer (soap provided).
Safety: There are x4 hotel safes in the home.
Guest access
Guests will gain access to the home by way of keypad entry on the back door which will be provided prior to check in.
The main driveway is gravel and can accommodate 2-3 cars, pending vehicle size. Additional parking available upon request and located at our other guest house which is adjacent to The Saltbox. Please let us know your needs prior to arrival.
