We invite you to stay at our modern Scottsdale sanctuary near Paradise Valley Village and Kierland. The house features a resort style experience - perfect for families & friends. Our professional design and remodel was completed in the summer of 2022 and we are now taking bookings.
Backyard:
This house features a sparkling pool which is always heated to 83 degrees or higher all year except for the summer. During summer, we cool our pool to 77 degrees so our guests keep cool in the Scottsdale heat. We also have a 6-person jetted hot tub nestled in the corner next to some palm trees. The oversized covered patio has patio misters, multiple seating areas, a firepit, a smart TV on a 360 degree swivel, fans, and lighting. The outdoor kitchen comes with a BBQ, fridge, barstools, and outdoor lighting. Plus there's a putting green, multiple lounge chairs/umbrellas, and lush landscaping throughout. This backyard is the perfect place to vacation and relax!
Interior Features:
All of our furnishings are brand new as of June 2022 and they were hand-selected by a professional interior designer. There are 5 bedrooms and 9 total beds - 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 4 twins. Our beds all have fresh clean linens and we are often told by our guests that they are very comfortable. The spacious living room has multiple hangout areas, a cozy wood-burning adobe fireplace in the living room, and a 70" Smart TV. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you might need to prepare and enjoy family-sized home cooked meals. The dining room has an oversized table, a coffee bar, and LaCantina style doors that open up to the backyard. And the garage has been turned into a game room for kids (or adults) with poker, foosball, darts, and Pacman arcade which includes many arcade games in one.
Amenities and what's provided:
We provide clean towels, linens, pool towels, washcloths, and makeup towels. There is high-speed internet and many smart TVs. The smart TVs are connected to Hulu Live TV which is a streaming service that provides access to 70+ of the major channels. We also have accounts for Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ which are logged in on all the TVs for our guests. We provide basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, tissue, and more. Our kitchen's have pots, pans, baking trays, measuring cups, dinnerware, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, BBQ utensils (for outside), tea kettle, microwave, blender, extra ice maker, and more. Folgers coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided at the coffee bar. There are board games, cards & poker chips, darts, inflatable pool loungers, putters & golf balls, and more. Everything you need for laundry or ironing is also provided. For kids, we provide a booster seat, pack n' play, and a lot to keep them entertained.
Pool information
Our pool has a cover on it from October-May in order to keep it at 83 degrees while saving electricity. It is on a crank with instructions. The pool also has a safety fence with a gate around it, which can be removed upon request if there are no children (17 or younger) in the group. Our pool guys come twice a week and we try to always keep it looking good. We do have lots of trees and plants in our yard, so sometimes leaves and branches fall in the pool when monsoons or heavy winds hit.
We take our role as hosts seriously and we are always happy to help and answer every question you have as promptly as possible. We have recommendations for everything you may want to do, so definitely ask us! Guests will have their own unique code to access the property via smartlock.
This is NOT a party house, and quiet hours are to be respected between 10PM-6AM in order to be courteous to our neighbors.
