The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre land, surrounded by woods and close to the springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Drink your coffee on the porch, listen to the birds, hang out in the hammock or by the firepit, spy on the deers, play with our rustic barrel arcade game, some pingpong, cornhole or dartboard. Our Cabin rules
CAMERA: .A Ring doorbell camera is located by the front door and recording the front of the property for everyone's safety. (audio and video).Please do not tamper with the camera.
SMOKING: Please do not smoke any substances or vape inside the cabin. Smoking area with ashtray located under the open carport. Do not smoke around the outdoor furniture.
PETS: We love animals; However pets are NOT currently allowed in our cabin
PARTIES: No parties are permitted in the cabin. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed on the premises and they must leave by 10pm.
QUIET TIME: Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10pm.
SHOES: Please remove your shoes upon entering the cabin.
CANDLES: Candles are NOT allowed inside or anywhere near the cabin.
KITCHEN: No hot pots on the counters please. It will burn the counter top.
NOTHING ELSE THAN LIQUIDS DOWN THE DRAIN: This cabin is on a septic system. Please do not put anything down the drain other than liquids (no grease, no coffee ground, no food waste, no sauces....) Our septic system is located on the back of the property under the small visible hill. Please do not drive anywhere behind the property
TOILET: Flush ONLY toilet paper and natural waste. Please no sanitary products, diapers, wipes, paper towels, goldfish, toys, hopes and dreams.
BEDS: Please do not eat in or on the beds.
IDENTIFICATION: Please provide a valid form of identification within 48 hours of booking.
