It has amazing views from the 2nd story and the 1st story decks of Somes Sound, the mountains of Acadia and outlying islands . Located in a quiet residential area on the quieter side of Mount Desert Island. An easy walk or bike ride will take you to center of Southwest Harbor Village, to the town docks or quiet lanes that lead you across the causeway to a gorgeous golf course and access to the trails of Acadia National Park. Southwest Harbor has amazing restaurants and an easy 30 minute drive will take you to Bar Harbor and all the shopping and restaurants it has to offer. The Roost is surrounded by Acadia and all it's wonder. This is a perfect location for a family and reasonably priced to be in every family's budget.
