THE ROMEO SPACE is an ideal fit for intimate events for up to 45 people- Meetings, Workshops, Showers, and Celebrations. It is in a strip mall with huge ample parking lot and handicapped accessibility. We are flexible with check-in/check-out time, all we ask is that we approve of your time frame reservation prior to booking your reservation. We are located in the heart of Bruce Township/Romeo, Michigan. Our space is open and includes plenty of seating area and a private bathroom. The Romeo Space is truly the perfect place to transform what our guests are looking to use the space for! This 1,200 square feet unit is entirely yours for the duration time of the 10-hour booking time allocated for you. There will be no shared spaces with any other individuals. A private bathroom is available for your use. The entry door may be locked (optional) to ensure privacy/security during your time there! WHAT YOU ARE SUPPLIED WITH: - 2 large banquet tables (7x9'), - 20 banquet chairs, 2 bar counters, - 8 bar stools (29" high), 6 low bar stools (24" high), - 4 accent chairs, 1 coffee table, - 1 private bathroom with handicapped handles, - 1 microwave, 1 commercial grade food warmer, a coffee maker, 1 counter top burner, - 1 mid size fridge, 1 mini fridge - 2 kitchen sinks, - 1 prep counter top for food, 1 kitchen counter - 1 couch - 65-inch smart TV, 9 battery operated candles NOTE: - Food/drinks are not supplied. If you wish to have food/drinks or any extra decorations at the venue, you can bring them in by yourselves.
