The Romance Retreat Our one bedroom, one bathroom guesthouse is on our 2.4 acre property. Our property was featured on Season 5, Episode 3 of HGTV's hit show Fixer Upper. Chip dubbed the property "Radio Ranch" due to the property having a large TV antenna at the time. Unfortunately, Chip and Jo's clients did not choose to renovate the property, but the next owners did.
