**BRAND NEW RENOVATIONS** The Rockhouse is always undergoing renovations to improve the property for our guests. We have recently redone the bathroom, as well as adding a brand new master ensuite bathroom! The back patio area has also been redone to make it safer, and more useable! **
Hello, and welcome to 'The Rockhouse'. This unique home is full of character from floor to ceiling.
This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home, sitting on a quarter acre in a park like setting only 2 blocks from the golden sand beach of Skaha lake.
There is ample parking for your car or truck in the front driveway or free street parking. This is a non-smoking home which offers air conditioning, fire place, and high speed internet.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking supplies. It also has a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle.
Other amenities include high chair, play pen, wagon filled with beach toys, vacuum, iron and laundry.
The living room includes beautifully engineered hardwood floors, gas fireplace, couch, coffee table, lamps, TV, and high speed internet.
There is an indoor eating area which has a beautiful large wood table that seats 6 comfortably. Kids high chair available.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed with dresser, lamps, and closet, with access to the master ensuite bathroom. The double bedroom includes dresser, lamp, closet and comfy chair for relaxing!
The main bathroom has a large tub and shower, toilet, vanity, linen closet and enough towels for two families. The brand new master ensuite has a stand up shower, toilet and vanity with more towels for your use.
The laundry facility includes a full size washer and dryer and lots of extra storage space.
The king bedroom is unique, and can be separated into it's own suite. There is a large kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. A table suited for 2, with large couch that can be turned into a double sofa bed. The bathroom in the king suite is a toilet and tub/shower combo with the vanity.
The backyard features a child friendly private yard that is neatly kept with beautiful Lilac bushes. There are also patio chairs, a picnic table and a BBQ grill on hand for outdoor lunch or dinner. Help yourselves to the garden goodies and raspberries!
The Rock House is located only 2 blocks from Skaha Lake with family friendly amenities, including the nature-based adventure park, junior playground, water park, outdoor fitness area, tennis courts, basketball courts, concession stands, paddle board and jet-ski rentals, not to mention the beautiful golden sand beach!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay here. House was spacious and back yard area was awesome to hang out in. Being so close to the beach is also hard to beat. Would definitely book again.
