Positive: We liked pretty much everything so I don't really know where to start. It was four of us and initially we thought the room would be too small after reading other reviews, but it was comfortable enough for us to move around and sleep there. The building was clean, the room was clean as well. A lot of towels and dishes for everyone plus welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise too. S and U Bahn literally one minute away, a big grocery shop and a lot of cafes around.
Negative: The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy especially at night, but I can't say it affected us in any way. No one cares about you. Our apartment was facing the railway so it was a bit loud but the host provided earplugs so again, can't really say it was a bad thing.
Summary: If you're not too picky and if you plan to travel around city a lot - this apartament is an excellent choice!
