2 Bedroom Condo in Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores
Third floor corner unit directly on the Gulf of Mexico! With amazing views of the beach and the beautiful Gulf! This unit has been renovated and has new cabinets, vinyl flooring in the living/kitchen (replaced again 4/28/23 throughout unit) and new stainless steel appliances and new big screen TV. We re-modeled the bathroom with a new tile shower and tub 2019 and now a new bathroom cabinet, floor, and mirror! The bedroom has a fairly new Queen bed with adjustable headboard. Elevator located in the middle of the building. When you go past the guard gate you will turn left and go to the last building turn right . We are building 1 on the very end. The condo is professionally cleaned .
This Condo Complex is a private gated community with a thousand feet of secluded beach. There are 5 outside pools- the large pool next door is zero entry - great for the kids and toddlers and one further down is saltwater and 1 heated indoor , also sauna and steam room), 3 hot tubs, World class golf right onsite, and tennis courts! Cozy, neat, quiet one bedroom one bath condo that sleeps 6 (- 4 adults and 2 small children )1 queen size bed in Master bedroom, small bunk beds in hallway for small children, double fold out couch). There are two TVs and for your enjoyment. Everything you need is in this vacation rental including a fully equipped kitchen which includes a stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, plates and utensils. A great place to come have fun in the sun, get away from everything, relax, play, and just enjoy life!! This is a great place for your vacation! You will love this resort!
On-site amenities include six pools one in front of condo with one indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, hot tubs, work-out facility/ 2 whirlpools a full bar and Sassy Bass restaurant on site, a Beach Store-serves Starbucks coffee, and Kiva Dunes Golf Course right next door that has been designed by former US Open champion Jerry Pate. Sassy Bass restaurant beachside for a great lunch or dinner!!
Be ready for a great vacation experience! We are located about 12 miles West of Gulf Shores on the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico- directly on the beach in a family friendly gated community.

You will feel the hospitality and traditions of the South, in the spring enjoy the scenic drive and enjoy the homes and the beautiful azaleas along Hwy 180 as you go toward you destination. This is a beautiful beach community at one of the most scenic stretches of beach on the Gulf Coast. The Resort at GSP is a gated resort offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping .It is truly a beautiful and peaceful beach area.
Ghost Crab Hunting, a few nets with long handles and a bucket to put them in . They are white and small and hard to see ! Please put them back at the end of the night. Also Please put red filter over your flashlight during sea turtle nesting season (-Nesting Season May 1 - Oct ) -free filter at the visitor center in OB on Beach Blvd or GS north of the bridge on 59 and please fill any holes dug. Would hate for someone to step in and break a leg.
Dolphin Cruise. Cold Mil Fleet Dolphin Cruise is highly recommendbut there are several that are great. Also Pirates Cruise and for adults Tiki Cruise
Hermit Crab Catching if you rent a pontoon they are around the islands away from everyone up by the beach and at Little Lagoon Pass Beach.
The Gulf, nice comfortable outdoor seating at The Pass, has some fire pits in cold weather. You order food at the window and they bring it out to you. They also have a bar.
The Hangout. Great for the kids and great for the adults if they want a drink. Games and activities for the kids and they may get soaked. live music after 5, and ping pong.

Remove all beach gear and trash from the beach each night. Remove tents.Sea turtles can become entangled. Nesting turtles will return to the Gulf without laying eggs if they meet obstacles on the beach.
Do not dig large holes in the sand. Cover any holes, If you find holes, help by refilling them. Not only can sea turtles become trapped, but holes are also dangerous for the people who walk along the beaches. One lady in 2022 fell in one on her first night and broke her leg and never spent one day in the condo.
Please throw away all trash. If the trash can is full please take it to the dumpster. Leave only footprints.
The beach is beautiful place. Come and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and watch dolphins swim past in the mornings while you watch from your balcony!!
