A really nice feature of this cottage is the riverside boat house, hot tub and deck. The boat house is a self contained living unit with bathroom, kitchen, living room and large upstairs bedroom with riverside balcony. The river side deck has a large 8 person hot tub , plenty of outdoor furniture and a great view of the river. This cottage has a 36 foot dock on the Sauble River, If you have your own boat, it is just a 10 minute boat ride to the open waters of Lake Huron.Or if you wish to go up stream, it is only a short paddle to Sauble Falls. This cottage has the benefits of being located in a quiet cottage area, while at the same time being close to all the activities that Sauble Beach has to offer. Don't forget to visit Sauble Beach's beautiful sand beach, with gradual entry into the water and great swimming for everyone in the family. CHILD SAFETY ISSUES Children should not be left unattended at the hot tub or river front deck and dock. PRIVACY RATING Two Stars out of Five DOCKING FACILITIES There is 36'x16' dock at the cottage. Depth is 4-5'. The Sauble River Marina is located 3 blocks away. It has docking and boat launch facilities. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Pet negotiable; Only pets between the age of 2-12 years are permitted. Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge. Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
