A quaint cape cod in-town, year round beauty within a 1/2 block to lakefront Chautauqua Lake and a 3 block walk to Bemus Village fun, sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Three (3) bedrooms on second floor- the first is the master with queen bed, the second is a larger bedroom with a full and twin bed and television, and the final is a smaller cozy bedroom with twin bed. Updated first floor full bath with tub/shower and new clothes washer and dryer, with a second half bath on the first floor. Open floor plan with family room/dining room combination, window a/c unit in the dining/family room area. The family room has a fireplace ( need written permission in contract to use), large 30 inch television with Direct TV channel access, and a DVD. Guest Wi Fi access is provided. Large dining room table comfortable seats 8. Quaint multi windowed sun room to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, watch sunsets and relax. Cozy bar area off the dining room to socialize with friends. Cottage kitchen well appointed with newer appliances (stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave) and well stocked with pot/pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, small appliances, dinnerware, etc for cooking and eating. The kitchen has a small table with two chairs. Outdoor back awning patio to relax and small table to dine al fresco. A grill, shared with the neighbors, is provided for safe outdoor grilling. A small back yard with a small grassy area, accompanied by perninel flowers and maintained landscape to admire. The front of the house has a small porch with two chairs. The house does not have central a/c, but three window units are provided and many windows provide nice cross breezes. Semi-private lake front access at the end of the street (two houses away) will be considered as part of lease- please inquire at time of booking. Docking privalleges excluded, but there are area marinas close to consider. Public docking and launch is available nearby. House is three blocks walking distance from the center of the Village of Bemus Point. Bicycle along Lakeside Drive to Long Point State Park to enjoy the incredible view from the very top of Long Point.
