This large detached residence is located in the much sought after development of The Rectory, Fahan, Co. Donegal. A short drive from Fahan Marina, Lisfannon Beach and close to the fabulous wedding venue of The Red Door Country House aswell as the famous Firebox Grill at The Railway Tavern restaurant & bar. The property has the perfect location to explore Donegal & Northern Ireland. Its located between the busy seaside town of Buncrana, Donegal and the historic Walled City Of Derry, N. Ireland. The property is large, spacious and perfect for a large family or groups of friends. The generous garden to the rear allows children to play whilst safely contained within the sites boundary. As the proprietor of a large holiday home group in the area - Wild Atlantic Wanderer- we know what our guests love but are always a short phonecall away for anything you may require during your stay. Fahan is a small village very close to the busiest seaside resort of Buncrana in Inishowen. The area is famous for its great restaurants, beaches, scenic drives with rolling hills, fresh air and most of all its friendly people. Grianan of Aileach, Fort Dunree, Malin Head, Glenevin Waterfall, Doagh Famine Village, Wild Atlantic Way Coastal Route, Inishowen 100, Lough Swilly Ferry and Foyle Ferry, Sliabh Liag, Fanad Lighthouse, Inch Wildlife Reserve and loop walk are all areas of attraction which are worth exploring during your stay. Being rural Donegal there are no railways, trams, etc. However there is a public bus service close to the property which links Fahan to the larger towns of the Inishowen Peninsula, Letterkenny and Derry.
