In the summer, take a cool dip in the private swimming pool, stargaze in the spacious backyard, and enjoy the interior living space inside the well-appointed home full of all the comforts. The tree lined neighborhood is just a few blocks away from the well-known Dallas Athletic Club golf course. (This private club established in 1919 recently underwent a significant renovation. As a premier facility for exceptional golf and country club amenities, it features two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, clubhouse, pool, state of the art fitness center and tennis facility. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances and the coffee bar includes a single serve Keurig and a 12-cup traditional coffee brewer.

Second bedroom features king bed, with big closet and lots of space. Third bedroom features queen bed with desk, and big closet. All three bedrooms have a TV!
