Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Staff were amazing. Even the bar staff and Leanne who checked me in. I got parking. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable.
Negative: No hot water. Could not sleep until the music was off. There was ear plugs but there are not in sealed wrappers. I was really tired the next day. I slept as soon as the music went off. Communal areas upstairs needed decoration.
Summary: Staff are lovely. Nice hard working team.
