The pole house is located just 3 minutes from the main street, and with 270 degree views over Swan Bay, Swan Island, Port Phillip Bay and the boat ramp. The house is all timber inside and sleeps a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 Doubles and 2 x 2 singles). The house is fully self contained with full kitchen, TV, DVD player, heating.
There are now two new bathrooms with large showers and a freestanding bath.
The location at the very North end of Mercer Street is very quiet and you can walk to the main street in a few minutes.
The house has a no pets policy. You need to bring linen and towels, all other bedding is there including doonas, blankets and pillows.
The house is set over three levels with a central spiral wooden stair. There are no child fences so it is not suitable for very young children who cannot navigate a stair by themselves. On long weekends we require a minimum 3 day booking.
During Christmas through January holidays we require a minimum of 7 day booking.
