Summary: Pros: Check in easy, good communication with property managers, BBB conveniently located next door, short walk to beach, great layout (2 bedroom, kids have their own room), easy porch walking access to pool was great with kids Cons: smells like mildew (musty) as soon as you walk in the unit, your towels don’t dry, floor feels sticky, there’s a moisture problem despite the humidifier unit in the living room, quality/comfort of furniture (beds) is average, fridge froze over the first night we were there and they brought us a new one but it scraped up the floor bringing the new one in. Unfortunately We left a day early because it just didn’t feel very clean. The pool had a lot of debris in it after a storm and there wasn’t a net to clean it out so the guests were picking it out as they swam.
