This lovely Pink Bach is located right on the Karaka bay which is a sandy beach, fantastic spot for picnics, relaxing, and watching the boats come and go. It's a paradise for kids who can climb branches and swing off the ropes swings that kindly locals put up. Not so many people know about this hidden gem as to get down to the bay you need to park your car at the end of the Peacock street, then take a steep, winding path through the bush down to the water's edge, but its so worth it!!! You're immediately greeted by a horseshoe-shaped cute little bay with sand that gives breathtaking views out to Rangitoto Island and Browns Island. Even though it's a public beach it never get too busy, so it's a very quiet and safe area!
