Located within a mile of downtown Leavenworth, this lovely 1700 square foot cottage is steps away from the Leavenworth Golf Course and the Wenatchee River along Icicle Road. The main living area is a spacious open concept layout with tables for dining and games, lots of comfortable seating, gas fireplace and a 49" television with Spectrum TV. One master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a king bed and 48 flat screen television. The second master bedroom, located upstairs, also has a king bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with a beautiful balcony view. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely remodeled. You are sure to enjoy the knotty pine walls and volume ceilings. The property also features a very large wrap around deck and is surrounded by pine trees and partial views of the mountains from the deck. There is ample seating on the deck, a fire pit and grill. The Leavenworth Golf Course is open from Spring to Fall and when the snow arrives in the winter months it is transformed into a Nordic Ski Facility. Nearby there are miles of hiking trails, kayaking, river rafting and tubing, climbing and rappelling. Stevens Pass Ski Resort is just a half hour drive and Mission Ridge is approximately a 45 minute drive. Downtown Leavenworth is a picturesque Bavarian Village with breathtaking views of the surrounding Cascade Mountains.
