- No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on premises, inside or out. Violating this policy will resulting in a cleaning/deodorizing fee of no less than $300.
- No pets allowed
- Per Chelan County Ordinance, fireworks use is only allowed on New Years eve (please note this ban includes the 4th of July)
- Campfires and open burning prohibited June 1 - October 1
- 12 guests can sleep comfortably in the bedrooms, but the addition of 2 extra guests is permitted (please inquire with Evolve)
- Failure to dispose of trash properly in the provided and labeled bear box will result in an additional $100.00 fine
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please only turn the fireplace on and off with the light switch on the wall
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM-7AM, please be respectful of neighbors
