There are about seven outdoor spaces; 2 decks, a private dock, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor living room, a fire pit, unfinished she-shed with a patio, and a lovely front porch. Parking is abundant with a carport, and about 4 additional parking spots. The house is on a dead-end so there are limited traffic and no street noise. The craftsmanship of the original hand-carved beams, window trim, built-in bookcases & the original stone fireplace are just some of the features that make this home stand out above the rest. When you enter the house, you'll appreciate the granite kitchen w/skylight and the open floor plan that flows right into the dining & living room. The living room has wall floor to ceiling windows w/sliders that lead you to 1/5 entertaining outdoor areas. A spacious deck is adjacent to the outdoor kitchen. The Lower level has a private patio & deck — private dock access to the lake. The outside has an outdoor kitchen for a serious grill master.
Besides your own private access to the lake, there are 2 small beaches, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, and horseback riding.
