The home is tastefully decorated in a coastal contemporary style and is fully furnished with contemporary furnishings. The living room has a large Ultra 4K screen TV surrounded by comfortable seating areas and is open to the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy cooking in the modern fully equipped kitchen and relish your meals dining at a large table for up to ten or take it outside to the balcony area. There is also a private bedroom on the first floor and full bath on the main level.. On the second level, you will sleep in a spacious master king bedroom where you can also relax on a private balcony. Two additional queen bedrooms are also on the second level. On the third floor, you will find a large activity room with a 65 inch 4K TV to enjoy your favorite shows, movies and games. A sofa, loveseat and chair convert to additional beds as needed as well as a bunk bed.. In addition, another bedroom with two full beds is available on that level. On the ground floor of this four level home, you will find a heated pool where you can relax when you just feel like swimming at home and taking it easy. Screen will be installed for summer. You also have a BBQ where you can do some outdoor cooking. Rear yard is fenced.
