The space
Fully renovated home with two bedrooms on the main floor, each with plenty of space, one of the bedrooms includes a futon for extra guests and private balcony. There is a shared full bathroom on the main floor with access to a side balcony.
The upper floor offers panoramic views of the lake, chef’s kitchen, fireplace, seating area, large LED TV, and dining area. The primary bedroom includes a private balcony, accent wall with large LED TV, and a large en-suite.
The backyard is a shared space, accessible from the side of the house. There is a couple living in the basement suite. Access to the Pergola for outdoor dining and BBQ can be requested in advance.
Parking available for a single car on the driveway. Street parking available.
Quiet neighbourhood with fantastic views of Lake Okanagan. 15 minutes to West Kelowna and 20 minutes to Summerland. There are dozens of wineries close by and we are just 1.5 kilometres from downtown Peachland where you will find, restaurants, shops, the beach and coffee shops. The grocery store is just a 5 minute drive (IGA).
