Positive: 1207 is a nice unit but some of the other units are a nightmare! When we went to check-in, they told us that the unit was not available because of plumbing so they put us at the Neptune. I told the gentleman at the front desk that I might wanna extend a couple days. I wasn’t sure he said that wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t able to extend through booking.com Just to make a new reservation and that I could stay in the same room as long as I paid $39 difference when I went
Negative: Maria the lady at the front desk and William the manager. They are rude and ruthless. That lady has no customer service skills. Told me I was wasting her time and to get out of her face. I hope the cameras record. This woman needs to be terminated
