"The Palapa House" This beautifully updated beach house is directly on the sand and steps to the Gulf. The Palapa House is waiting for your arrival to kick back and relax in the only Polynesian Style Thatched Hut with padded Lounge chairs in Panama City Beach! This home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and gives unparalleled, unobstructed, beach and gulf views that will take your breath away from sunrise to sunset. This house has property lines that extend all the way to the beautiful blue green hued waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Palapa Hut is a permanent natural wood and palm hand thatched structure built on the white sandy beach for ONLY YOU TO ENJOY. With this one and only addition to our property there is no need to drag chairs and umbrellas out to the beach everyday. You decide how long you stay enjoying your beach time with this setup. You won't be asked to get up at 5:00 just as you would with other beach services. Late afternoon past five o'clock is the best time to be out relaxing on your padded loungers waiting for that awe inspiring brilliant color show put on day after day. "The Palapa House" is a newly renovated beach home that has brand new furnishing, beds, sofas, chairs, tables, linens, kitchen supplies, electronics, HDTV's, washer and dryer, etc. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and high end stainless steel appliances. Accommodations include; Upstairs: Master with King bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs living room has a Queen Sleeper sofa. Downstairs: North bedroom has one King Bed and, 3 Twin Extra Long bunk beds. The beach patio bedroom has one Twin day bed. King bed in Master with full bath. Living room Queen sleeper sofa. Entry level beachside room has a Twin Day Bed with a barn door for privacy. This can also be used as second den and has a flatscreen HDTV. Back bedroom has King bed and custom built Twin Extra Long Bunk Beds with a Twin XL pullout trundle. Downstairs bathroom has a glass vessel vanity sink, and a tiled walk in shower with frameless glass. Large covered beach front balcony on ground floor as well as upstairs balcony. Free WIFI throughout the house, even extending out to the palapa on the beach. The living room has a 65" Samsung Smart TV that you can use for streaming your favorite tv shows or surfing the internet. It also has a Samsung sound bar and blueRay DVD player.
