The Paisley Marlin, Unit 207 at PierView Oceanfront Condos Vacation simplified in a true beachfront treasure. This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is centrally located in Nags Head. Its ideal location is close to many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, as well as fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more. The Paisley Marlin is a 2nd floor unit (technically third, as there is pull-under parking.) There is a well-maintained people elevator in the building. Enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed ocean views from your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. The unit also offers a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, two 41`+ flat-screen TVs, one 37` flat-screen tv, cable, and WiFi. On the property, you will have access to two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills, a children’s play area, and direct beach access. Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen-size bed. Linens are provided by an independent service (Bath towels, washcloths and bed linens). Beds will be made when you arrive! Sorry - no pets or smoking in unit. Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as dedicated to your experience as we are.
