The Paddock is a brand new 4 bedroom 3 bath 2nd tier house on Ponce de Leon that has great Gulf views. This super cute home will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably with 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds and a bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. There are open decks to enjoy the view, catch some rays or chat with friends and family. This home has a PRIVATE pool and hot tub (that can be heated WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE--HOT TUB ONLY) .
THIS HOUSE RENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING THE SUMMER AND SPRING BREAK
WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Summary: This review is for Fort Morgan Property Management company. We had some issues with the property and Tiffany went above and beyond to make it right. We had such a great vacation because of FMPM company. They really outdid themselves with making e everything right! We will definitely rent another property through them again.
