With 2300 square feet of space, 3 furnished bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fully finished basement, this home has plenty of space, natural light, and fantastic views of the mountains. It also offers a large kitchen, smart tv's, and a treadmill.
This home provides a wonderful living space within a close distance to downtown (~7min), nearby hikes (~15mins average) and I-25 access(~4min). It's the perfect distance from everything in Colorado Springs!
The space
We have 3 floors total with 2 separate living spaces complete with couches and TV's; one is on the main floor and the other is downstairs in the basement.
Upstairs are 2 furnished bedrooms (1 is a futon), 2 full bathrooms with double sinks, and an office attached to the master bedroom. The large basement offers another furnished bedroom, a reclining couch with TV, an additional full bathroom, new carpet, and a surround sound that is perfect for a home theater set up in the spacious rec room! Both the furnace and the AC were replaced in 2021 to include a new smart thermostat adding to the comfort of the home.
Guest access: guests can use all spaces in the house besides the locked rooms and garage used as host storage.

Our notable amenities include the following : a butler's pantry offers extra kitchen storage and a walk through to the kitchen featuring a large island, double ovens and an attached laundry room space, fenced in backyard (with a seating area, fire pit, and lights strung overhead). Adjoined to the kitchen is the eat in dining and living area with large windows that flood the main level with beautiful daylight, a gas fireplace and a functional open layout.
