Summary: We booked this property overlooking the lake because we knew we might be having a wet and rainy vacation getaway. The house was so spacious, and there were so many cozy nooks. We played boardgames, did crafts, read, and cooked, all while looking at the beautiful lake and mountains out the window. The backyard was breathtaking. At night, the string lights automatically turn on, and it feels quite magical walking to the pier and gazebo. However, we weren't actually able to turn on the fire pit. The village is only a 5 minute drive away, and we were able to soak our feet at the Harrison hot spring source. We had a 3 month old travel with us. The house had alot of helpful children gadgets, like a bassinet, pack and play, bibs. It was also fully stocked with books, toys, boardgames, (puzzles?), and many kitchen tools. We would love to come back and stay again in the future with more family! We look forward to experiencing another family trip here, hopefully in the summer, so we can make use of the private dock!
