Note: There is a garage and garage apartment at this property. The garage is used for storage and is not available for guest use at this time. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
ADDITIONAL FEES – The following additional fees will be assessed as applicable:
• Cleaning Fee - $250
• Minimum Stay Surcharge - $150 per night below minimum stay requirement
• Evidence of Smoking Fee - $500 plus additional cleaning expenses
• Non-approved Pet Fee - $250, plus $35 per day, per pet
• Non-approved Event Fee – $5,000
• Expenses charged at cost – pay-per-view movies, international long-distance calls, cost of excessive cleaning, cost of mailing left behind items, costs and attorney’s fees associated with guest’s failure to fulfill the terms of the agreement. In addition, guest will be responsible for charges for physical damage to or theft from the premises whether caused by accident or carelessness or deliberate actions of guest or invitees of guest. If damages are such that the property cannot be readied to accommodate other booked reservations, guest will be responsible for costs incurred to provide alternative lodging for those reservations.
