Take a dip in the covered Hot Tub & Swim Spa, roast marshmallows around the Fire Pit, challenge your best friend to a game of Ping Pong in the Game Shed, and take in the remarkable 360-degree views with your loved ones. After a day of fun, head inside and unwind and relax in the tranquil Sauna which will surely bring you to your zen. The spacious home consists of two separate living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a covered RV spot with (an electrical) hookup, making it an ideal spot for family reunions and large family gatherings. Adventure abounds in Kanab where the sand is fine and deep. We know you will make lasting memories in this spectacular home away from home. The home is situated on the edge of a quiet family-friendly neighborhood near several spectacular hiking trails. You'll find yourself nestled up on the bluff where you can see stunning sunrises as you sip your morning cup of coffee. Later in the day retreat to the backyard and gaze at the twinkling constellations under a cozy blanket. The private yard is fully fenced including a gate in the front of the home making it a safe space for little ones to run around and explore in complete safety. In addition to the covered Hot Tub and Swim Spa, the backyard boasts a covered patio with seating, a fire pit, and a Game Barn complete with a Ping Pong table, Ladderball, Bocce Ball, Cornhole, Darts, Hopscotch and Horseshoes. Endless fun is to be had in the serene backyard for both kids and adults who are young at heart.
Inside you will find two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs with a large Roku Smart TV (with sound bar) where you can gather for a relaxing movie night after a day of exploring. Show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you need to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy dinner together around the dining table or take it to the backyard for an epic BBQ. There is a half-bath on the main -floor conveniently located for guests, a Pack-and-Play as well as a booster seat is available for the little house guests, and a full capacity Washer & Dryer so you can head back home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Books and ready material, board games and toddler toys are also provided.
The Out Back Oasis will sleep 15 people comfortably in the spacious 5-bedroom layout! On the main floor, you will sleep in comfort in the spacious Master Suite consisting of a King Bed, two Twin Beds, a Roku Smart TV, a walk-in closet and an Ensuite Bathroom with an impressive walk-in shower with amazing water pressure to rinse away the stress of the outside world, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash & hand soap all Ginger Lily products.
Guest Room 1 comes with a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a Roku Smart TV, and a bathroom located right across the hall.
On the lower level, you will find the second living room with a large Roku Smart TV, and a Sauna. Take your pick of one of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms.
The Bunk Room consists of a Queen Bed and a Bunk Bed (Twin over Full). All with memory foam mattresses.
Guest Bedroom 2 comes with a King Bed (memory foam mattress) and a Roku Smart TV where you can catch up on watching your favorite shows.
Guest Bedroom 3 consists of a plush Queen Bed, Roku Smart TV, and large Office Space with a computer screen, HDMI cord, and ethernet cord, perfect for those who need to catch up on some last-minute work.

Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around and we do recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
Other Things to Note:
No parties allowed, quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
If you plan on bringing an RV, please let us know so we can collect the additional $50 a night fee. RV parking located on the north side of the house/garage, there is a 30 AMP electric hookup. There is no septic hookup. A class B can fit inside the RV barn but the cement slab next to it can fit anything up to a class A.
