Positive: I love the location! 2 blocks from the beach & 4 blocks to the local stores! The cottage is tucked back off the road so it’s very quiet & relaxing. The free laundry room was definitely a perk!
Negative: The bed/sheets aren’t very comfortable- it has plastic covering on the mattress & the sheets are stiff so it definitely could use some upgrades. The bathroom & kitchen windows are open with no curtains so it was a little uncomfortable taking a shower when there’s a house a few feet from the window. The air conditioner wasn’t able to be changed & it was dripping the whole time getting everything wet in the kitchen. The Keurig had mold inside of where you put the water & the floor in the shower was grimy- you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed down in awhile.
