This property is ideally situated on Lake Michigan’s “sugar sands” within walking distance to Holland State Park and Tunnel Park, and only a 10-minute drive to all the shops and restaurant hot spots of downtown Holland’s charming historic district.
RATES
Rates are fixed according to season and will not be negotiated. The infinity spa/pool is open from May 7 to October 31. A minimum stay of five nights is required unless two reservations create a shorter opening between them (see the calendar).
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
This property is ideal for up to three couples with children. Each of the three family suites is furnished with one king and one set of bunk beds and private full bathroom. Maximum occupancy for the first two levels is twelve.

The living and dining spaces on both levels walk out to the infinity pool and spa, which will be for your family’s exclusive use during your stay. Three suites accommodate guests in comfy memory foam beds appointed with fresh, cozy linens:

Additional sleeping accommodations include an oversized European sofa in the second level living room (sleeps 1) and a Pack and Play (sleeps 1 infant). Suites are well-appointed with their own full bathrooms, digital televisions with free streaming channels, desks, ceiling fans, room safes, iron/ironing boards, pillows, linens, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, washcloths, bathrobes, makeup removal towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, hand soap, reading lights, bedside charging stations, mini-refrigerators, and personal rain umbrellas. Each suite and the common areas are individually zoned with their own thermostats.
