THE ATRIUM VILLAS HAVE JUST COMPLETED A YEAR LONG, MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR RENOVATION! Welcome to paradise with all of the conveniences of home! Located directly across from the ocean and beach club, this family friendly villa is perfect! Our unit has been completely renovated inside and out! The porch has been screened in, the kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops. The new dining area has banquet seating for 6 and a custom made "Born Again Heartwood" table, made from a tree pulled from the Edisto River! The master bath has new tiles, toilet and shower enclosure and the second and third bathrooms have new tubs and tile. Fresh paint and new bed linens throughout are just a few other upgrades! Our villa is completely tiled and has all new, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The family room has a queen size sleeper sofa, oversized lounge chair, entertainment console with 50' flat screen TV and brand new sliding doors to the beautiful deck. The private, oceanview screened porch is beautifully furnished and contains both a sitting and dining area. Master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury linens and deluxe mattress. Also in the master is a matching entertainment chest with a wall mounted, flat screen TV. Large windows provide a beautiful view of the ocean and the new sliding doors give you access to the large and private deck. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, entertainment armoire with flat screen TV, a large window, a built-in desk area with granite work surface and, an adjoining bath with tub/shower. The full-size, front loading washer and dryer are located next to the bathroom. The third bedroom (YES, I said third bedroom) has a twin over full bunk bed with stair access and a twin trundle, so bring all the kids! The room also has a matching chest and wall mounted TV. The new sliding doors in this room provide lots of light and open onto the quiet and peaceful sitting area of the deck. The third bathroom (YES, I said third bathroom) was added during the recent renovation and has a shower. This unit is complete with WiFi and cable TV.
