Originally the old Tearooms in Warburton, this quaint property has character and location, within walking distance to Warburton township and across the road from the famous Yarra River.
The Old Teahouse Warburton has a comfortable living room which opens into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, there is split system for heating and cooling comfort all year round.
There are two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed and ensuite and the second with two king single beds. The sunroom at overlooking the front gardens also has two king single beds. A main bathroom bedroom has shower
The large covered verandah overlooking the gardens provides a lovely area for enjoying a meal outdoors or just relaxing and taking in your surroundings.
The Old Teahouse Warburton is set on a large corner block in the heart of Warburton. The property is shared with the main house and another cottage with a centre common area of garden. The owner lives in the upper level of the main house accommodation with his two friendly dogs, Daisy & Ruby.
Location is perfect for cycling groups, a family and friends get together or a romantic getaway. Walking distance to town with many eateries and shops to explore, the Warburton Golf Course and the Warburton - Lilydale Rail Trail. A short drive to Redwood Forest, Mt Donna Buang Summit, O'Shannassey Aqueduct Trail and La La Falls. Let's not forget the many wineries and restaurants within an half an hour drive away.
Things to Note:
Dogs are welcome to stay however they must be friendly with other dogs due to resident dogs Daisy & Ruby and possibly other guest's dogs.
The property is fenced over the whole corner block however there isn’t a fenced area for the accommodation space.
Guests have access to the home via the driveway off Martyr Road. They have use of the patio area at back of accommodation, th grass area off at their verandah and shared use of the centre garden area to the front gate. No access to the two homes located on the property, we ask for guests to respect the privacy of other guests. The owners lives on site in the upper level of the main house.
No shoes are allowed to be worn inside.
