Positive: The breakfast items left for us was just exactly enough for the duration of our stay. A very unusual accommodation with impressive and unique features. The staircase design was unexpected but put the property in its historical context. A good location for short walks.
Negative: The shower was lukewarm - it would have been good for us both to have a hot shower. Only 2 sheets of paper kitchen towel was left on the roll for mop ups (although 4 cotton kitchen towels were available). We had brought our own towels as required, but didn’t realise that no hand towel would be provided in the shower/ toilet. We would have liked a few more logs for the fireplace.
Summary: Unusual - great for a short stay!
