The Officers House was formerly the billet for the Officer of the Dragoon Guards stationed there in the 19th Century. A Georgian House completely refurbished to its formal glory with all the modern comfort, it has beautiful oak floors throughout the ground floor and carpeted 4 double bedrooms above, one family bathroom and one ensuite. Boasting a drawing room with period marble fireplace, separate TV room and open plan fully fitted granite top kitchen and dining room. Outside there is a private coastal garden and decking area with outdoor dining and BBQ. Comfortably the biggest house in the village it sleeps 8/9 in unashamed luxury in a quiet village a few steps from a nature reserve with a path to the Beach, sandy at low tide shingle at high. Only a 5 minutes drive to the Medieval town of Rye with its famous cobble Streets, antique and tea shops and festivals.
