Set in a quiet location, The Octopus allows you the enjoyable option of a short stroll into town or up to the pristine wilderness & golf course behind. The Octopus spreads across two stories with fully en-suited top level master bedroom with balcony access. Separate living zone downstairs flanks three further bedrooms. All bathrooms, including extra powder room on top level,are well appointed and the main living area basks in natural light. Ample off street parking, air conditioning Foxtel and Wi-Fi join the long list of reasons why you will be back time and time again.
