Positive: The accommodation is really nice. The casa itself is big. Even the studio unit located at the ground floor is spacious. The view is very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, and the patio is great for hanging out. The bathrooms are also really spacious, especially the one at the second floor.
Negative: The previous guests just checked out the morning before our check in at noon so the staff weren't able to clean thoroughly. Understandable and acceptable. I hope the staff can assist the guests carry their stuff, since the guests have to use the entrance located at the back of the casa. The towels are not for free. I assumed the towels are provided for free since it was listed in the amenities and facilities section during booking. No tissues ( also on the list). Cooking inside the casa is not allowed so we had to use the dirty kitchen. Not a problem. But cooking is also not free. They charge 300 pesos per day, so we had to pay 600 pesos during check out. Would have been better if it was stated prior to booking. Kitchen utensils were not complete. We had to use spoons to cook. We also had to share the rice cooker with the staff. The pool is not private. We had to share it with walk-in swimmers. The 1st morning, we used the pool, but was told they had to clean it and asked for 2 hrs . Okay. But then swimmers started to come not even an hour after we vacated the pool. We just spent the whole day at the casa and waited until late in the afternoon to enjoy the pool with a little less crowd. I just hoped all these were made clear and posted so guests can manage their expectations and can come prepared.
