It's the perfect dog AND people friendly location! This cute and cozy two-bedroom house sits at the end of a paved driveway lined with touches of natural décor. The open floor plan with tons of natural light just inside the main doors feels like it should be filled with family and friends. Cook a hearty meal with your family in the fully-equipped kitchen before you dish it up around the stylish dining room table. Lounge in the large plush pull-out couch in the attached living area watching television with friends or beat them at some of the classic board games hidden in the cleverly concealed drawer beneath the cushions. The main bedroom holds a comfortable full-sized bed and houses a flat-screen television. The rustically decorated guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and overlooks the natural beauty of the grassy back yard featuring...a hot tub! NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY. So, you'll have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.) The 6-person hot tub in the fully fenced-in back yard is already hot and steamy as soon as you uncover it. Soak and relax after an exciting day of Traverse City adventure. On vacation with Man's Best Friend? If you're not stretching your legs with them in the large back yard, let them join you for a ride, walk, or run on the fully paved TART trail right across the street. There is a pet fee of $95.
