Just 2 blocks to Ramkat live music Venue, Wiseman Brewery, Fiddling Fish Brewery and Broad Branch Distillery. Reserved free parking for two cars in front of entrance door. Private 200 square foot deck. This is a fully furnished Studio Apartment with a private entrance and 2nd floor private 200 Square Foot covered deck overlooking downtown Winston-Salem. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware etc. Enter through 1st floor courtyard with coded entrance. Studio apartment located on second floor of two story building. Downtown Winston-Salem Art District/Industry Hill Neighborhood. Almost unlimited places to play, eat and be entertained.
